If your account has an email address on file, send yourself a reset link — it arrives in minutes and your current password keeps working until you use it.

Otherwise, ask an admin to reset it from the Crew page. They will issue you a new single-use sign-in link, and you choose a new password when you open it. That is also the route for the shared logins, which deliberately have no self-service reset.

Nobody can look your password up and tell you what it was — it is not stored anywhere in a form that can be read back. That is deliberate, and it is why a reset is the only route.
